PNB Met Life Insurance is a company that has many employees trying to achieve a singular goal. But viewing the drill down of each individual employee is a painstaking process of collating and managing many version of excel sheets. Transforming the data of all the excel sheets into an App was a challenge by itself.

Here the primary objective was to identify the user types and give each user type its own access to view the drill down of how an employee progress. Where giving a mobile first approach is a priority but also incorporate the same at desktop level too.

PNB MetLife had a complex User Type Structure, where the higher the user type it is, the more complicated the view gets. As the Uppermost user needs to check and evaluate the performance below him.
